Technically, with the tuner version, youre buying an uprev license & the cable that transfers the license to yor car's ECU. Then u can load the 5 tunes from joe or a tuner can start from scratch. He gave me the tunes from a Z with similar mods that had been worked on with the dyno. If u want to sell the cable&license or put it in a different car, u flash the license back to the cable and it is good to go but your first car will every to stock ECU. U can buy additional licenses for use with the same cable for multiple cars.
I plan on getting on a dyno locally to check my output without making any adjustments. Although having my setup from joe may make it easier for a local tuner to make adjustments even thought he isn't familiar with the 370. I really don't want to put the miles/wear on my car driving to Dallas and back unless it's absolutely necessary.
