OHHHHHH... You were on the freeway.. So can I assume that this was a CHP that gave you the ticket? Those guys would ticket their own mother. Terrible. Thats crazy

Those guys would ticket their own mother. Terrible. Thats crazy that its that easy to get a CARB certification from Stillen. The last time i had any dealings with something like this was with K&N. Im not sure if it has changed since then, but i had a customer need too get a replacemant CARB sticker for his intake, and they made him jump through a million hoops before they would give him another one. They needed a picture of the intake installed on the vehicle, a copy of the registration, the original receipt.. Just seemed like a lot, but im sure they have their reasons.
