The sneaky part was that both dealerships wrote the in and out mileage with a difference of 5-10 miles, so on paper everything looked good. However, as soon as I got into the car, I checked the odometer and it was a good amount higher than the out mileage written on the invoice. My car will never be taken to a dealership. Ever. :shakes head:

You'd be the first to have issues with Fontana that I've heard of then...nothing but good service from them in mine and several others experience...Not defending them but this is honestly the first I've heard of them taking a joy ride in someone's car

2nd.

Edit: to be fair, I cant prove someone there joyride in my car, but it came back to me with body damage the first time, and my front bumper was covered in hundreds of rock chips on the second. They repaired the damages both times, but after seeing my baby having to go thru two body repairs within a month, I won't be taking my car back there, ever.

And stay away from OC Nissan of Garden Grove. They knocked my exhaust loose, twice! and never even bother to fix it and returned my car to me with the exhaust literally sitting on the cross member and rattled like a ************. I complained both times and they just simply say, it's an aftermarket part and they will not do any work to it unless I pay them.

From what I have noticed, if you have a good service advisor who you can trust they will take care of your car and make sure that the right tech is looking at it.

If you have a warranty claim for OC I would just take it to Fontana, they are known on the forum to take car of you and they have supported us with meets and different events over the years.

did you happen to bring it up with the general manager about the body damage and stuff? i know he is there the majority of the time as i have spoken with him on a couple of occasions and he seems like a pretty cool guy. other than that though i guess one of the reasons i did not have the experience you guys have had is cause i have to stay there at the dealership when they are working on my car as i live in OC also and have no way of getting back home otherwise. in any case it's your choice not to go back and i respect that, but as for me i'll always have my car serviced by them as they provide the best customer service out of any nissan dealership i've ever been to.

^he got his car fixed

Fontana was good to me, and honestly, I don't give 2 shíts who joyrides in my car. It's a car. If I floor it, why do I care if someone else does?

I know I'm in the minority, but... Meh...
The trust issue does get violated a bit if they put a lot of miles on it I guess, but you tell the advisor, get a guy fired, then you go in and tell them, if you wanna drive it, tell me.

I TRY to have the Fontana guys beat on my car (then again, I ONLY let Chris work on my car) lol

Fontana isn't the best dealership I have been to, but best in SoCal IMO.
Just STAY THE FÚCK AWAY FROM Power Nissan off the 405 and Rosecrans

Duarte Nissan - good experience, they did my MC and CSC replacement.

Miller Nissan did my csc replacement and replaced my rear axle as well. I asked the service advisor first about all my mods and he said depending on some mods to remove them and bring the car back.

Stay away from power and universal city nissan

Is miller Nissan lowered friendly. Many dealerships are not. Some of their techs struggle with the car on lifts. Bring your own ramp and hockey pucks.

I'm on Swift spec-r's and they had no problem.

My car is insanely low now, they also got a lift for GTR that comes from underneath, no issues whatsoever.

Anyone have experince with Carson Nissan? I usually go to Surf City Nissan in Huntington Beach, but Carson is about half way between there and where I live. Also, I have had too many problems with Surf City from the beginning of getting my car.

Last time I went there they refused to do a warranty service so I never went back.

Who'd you have do your work there? I would have remembered your car so you must have dropped by when I was busy.

Was the CSC replacement covered under warranty?
