It's to give a sharper and more colorful cutoff line from the projectors, and also a little bit more light output since it's a clear lens.

Is that amber? Any more pics? How's the brightness compared to the white?

It's a red halo, with red shroud. It's not as bright as the white morimoto xBA halos.. But then again no halo is as bright as those haha

just curious paperboy, where did you get the red halos from?
