Recommendations of places to go to get parts/work done in So.Cal

can anyone recommend me a really good audio shop that has already worked on a 370z? I'm planning on installing a double-din unit + speakers.

All Star Sound in Long Beach for audio and tint... internet price matching up front and simply a great bunch of guys.

This is the place I use fo Audio, they also do performance parts for most popular Japanese cars. They prep some cars for SEMA among other nice customer cars including Z's. The Uchida's are very friendly people. Check out the shop Supra and AE86, they are really well done (if they still own both).
