If u have the Manual Sport, be sure to activate the Sport Mode and disactivate the VDC. Tires idk on 19" but I think no less than 25, but 28psi I think is a nice number, safe 30psi. See this kind of events we can announce, for people that lives in the area can join, and we can hang out together. What time you are planning to go?
