Looking For Areas to live... Florida

So, im originally from NY came out to cali about 6-7 years ago, and am looking to go back east.... kicking around ideas with the lady...

Now with that said and out of the way, I am looking to buy a house, not quite sure where. Looking for something with no HOA at a minimum, also looking for somewhere "safe" nice, and with some property....

Just wondering if you guys would be willing to throw up ideas, i have family throughout florida but it has been years, so my memory is a little foggy.

Also looking to stay towards the south east.... if possible.

So any info would be greatly appreciated about any area that you see fit.

I have been here since aug and there are some nice places depending on where you want to be and what your price range is. Good time to buy in the upcoming year. Plus there is a good size Z club here in Tampa.
