it probally came from a dealer to auction and if the dealer has a poa on the cust they can take care of it with that. if it came from

it probally came from a dealer to auction and if the dealer has a poa on the cust they can take care of it with that. if it came from a private sale to auction then i would imagine that the cust would need to sign it over

thanx, but i dont think that the DMV or the auction will do such a mistake and send t he title with a missing signature or a wrong signature.
i think he lied to me!
