I would either go with one of those or the Escort Passport MAX(my personal choice). They are definitely useful as long as you understand the inherent limitations.

I'm game, we've had a hard time getting everyone off on the same day/night to do anything recently.

Is the Escort Passport MAX the one that has mobile phone apps where you can get updates from other escort max users?

Yes, but in all honesty the big pull for me is the GPS lockout capability as false alarms drive me crazy. The app isn't bad and it's great for use on trips and such, especially ones where you're traveling on large heavily traffic'd highways. I don't really speed excessively often...I just like being very aware of my surroundings in case I do want/need to speed a bit.

Yeah my biggest concern is just the extra help it gives on highway driving. I know they arent perfect but if it saves me from a couple its well worth it. I am not a speeder for the most part either, i just know some cops are more or less lenient than others. I just wasnt sure if laser was more common in south carolina or not

Unless things have changed, I don't think there's much laser use in Greenville.

First off, it's still freaking snowing here...this is pretty random for SC.

The V1 would probably be your best bet for laser but around here it would be a wasted investment IMO.

I very rarely pick up a laser alert, very very scare around here.

Waze is a good one, but in terms of finding a cop Escort Live does a great job. Also, how's the new build coming?

Yeah it's definitely not a replacement for a good detector, but I do a lot of traveling for work and 95% of the time waze lets me know before the fuzz goes off.

Build is coming along. Actually, sending you a pm in a min
