Almost everyone that rides with me eventually seems to comment on how much cooler it is inside the car. It's a huge difference when you turn your AC on during the summer months as well. You can cool the cabin much faster and the AC has a much easier time keeping it at that level because so much less heat gets inside. Another big added perk for someone who's extremely light sensitive is that at the 70% level, speaking from experience, I can drive without sunglasses if I happen to forget them or leave them at home...without the sunglasses I'd be making a trip back to wherever I left them before I went anywhere in the car.

Good stuff, we have the appointment(s) on Saturday at 1PM. Might do 25% carbon on mine, I don't like the super blacked out look. Definitely doing the windshield though.

With 20% I can't see extremely well at night but then again I don't drive much at night. Since I have the backup camera I have no issues backing up but if I'm at a stop and need to see any more detail other than a set of headlights, the windows get rolled down. Tinted front reduces glare and heat and highly recommend it.

Thanks everyone for the tint recommendations - We got our cars done on Saturday with 18% CXP. No windshields yet, unfortunately, they were too booked up to fit it in. The Z looks totally different though, I like it!

You made the right choice, do those windshields ASAP.

Sweet! I won't own a vehicle without tint now after years of having them.

Well since I already have my exhaust done I believe that I am going to go with some cosmetic mods. First what is the name of the shop that everyone goes to for tint here in the upstate? Second what do yall think of these wheels? If you have any other options for wheels please post some pics. Thanks fellows.

Verde Axis v99 for sure...probably my favorite wheel on the planet. I've never seen them on a GTR but how could you go wrong with these:

Go with Gun metal BBS LMs. It's hard to beat some of the classics.

Na I went with Strasse R10 deep concave series. Chrome lip, painted to match centers (same as bottom skirts on the gtr) and gloss black inner barrels. 20x10 fronts and 20x11 rears. I also got the weight reduction included! Pics coming but they are made to order. Four weeks out as of now.

Looking forward to seeing that, not a bad choice

Default K&N Typhoon CAI for Sale

10K miles. Recently swapped to Stillen Gen 3. Running out of room in the spare freezer in my garage where I keep all of my parts. Hoping to benefit a local Z enthusiast. Filters cared for religiously. Let me know if you want pics. Excellent condition.

Been out of the game for a bit (work and being out of the country). Back and ready to roll.
