Event:
All Florida Meet & Calendar Photoshoot

When:
Saturday November 20, 2010

Time:
11:00am - 4:00pm - Park
4:00pm - 6:00pm - Firkin

Where we Meet:
We are going to meet at the Southport Community Park. Bring some chips, sandwiches, drinks (not alcoholic), sport balls, table games to have a good time and share. We are going to do a photoshoot for our XE Calendar 2011. Then we are heading to Firkin and Kegler for a really good meal and more fun.

Calendar Photoshoot
Anyone that is interested can participate. Anyone can take their own picture of your car or in groups. Bring High Resolution Cameras "Recommended image size is 1665 pixels x 1325 pixels" Everyone need to submit their picture by November 30th 2010. If more than 12 Photos (1 photo per participant) are submitted, we are going to create a Poll for the best 12 Pictures. The results will be announce by December 10th 2010. Anyone interested on the Calendar, the price will be $14.99 + Shipping

Well is official guys

Well Im just reviving the thread so you guys make plans to come with your family if you want to.

OK I added the people that are coming to see if anyone get interested now

So far it sounds good. It's a long ways away though. But count me in! I should have my exhaust and possibly a system in the car by then.

OK sound good Foot, if you are planning to stay the weekend, me and the locals can find something to do either Friday or Sunday so is not a 1 day trip for you. IF you want to plan that let me know. The list is growing tho.

Well I work Sunday thru Wednesday every week, so I would be coming back home late Saturday night. It's a 3.5-4hr trip to Orlando for me. I might come up Friday if you guys are going out that night.

Wow, well is up to you. Yea we dont mind hanging out w u, Im sure Osiris will like to hang out as well. And We have some local Z's too. So you just let us know if you are coming Friday and we plan something.

Change of plans. I totalled the Z this morning about 2:30am. Using the gf's Pathfinder to go to school this morning and then the insurance person is supposed to be contacting me. I'm pretty sure the car is totalled but I supposed somebody would be able to fix her.

Are you ok? I see your here reporting so thats a good sign. Hope all is well and you can get your car back or a new one.

Btw I will be following this event I will try to make it but not putting my name on a list as of yet. My work scheduel is pretty fly by night.

Yeah I'm fine man, thanks. The car is screwed:mad: Luckily the only money I put into that car was a cold air intake, Stillen G3. I feel like I have the worst luck ever. When it rains, it pours.

Ok guys I just updated the list with some, if you are not in the list and you are sure you are coming please PM me, as you can see we are trying to contact as many forums as we can and is becoming quite impossible to keep all sites updated. At the beginning of November I will be giving instructions of what the plan is for food and parking and such. And what are we planning to do that day. So keep and eye at the beginning of November

Congrats on the 40th! I still can not confirm if I can make it or not as soon as I know I will shoot you a PM.

Looks like the majority will be Eclipses so the more Z cars the better!

You can visit Xtreme Elite Cars of Florida and check the forums for All Florida Meet or go to the gallery and check the photos for AFM. Thstvway you can make your own judgment. When you think you are sure you are coming ill ve glad to add you to the list.

This event is next weekend. xecofl is calling for any photographers out there with their fancy cameras to get in touch with us. We would like to know who will be taking pictures, that way after the event we are able to gather them in our gallery without an issue.

I should be there, if so I'm sure I'll be taking photos. :)

Just so you know there is a member in Tampa from XE that will be doing a roll out, unless you are meeting with other people or wanted to come alone, you can contact him and have a group coming

I'm meeting some people from the south and rolling up to Tampa together and meeting a few people there as well. I'd imagine we'll be rolling 10-15 deep into the party:santasleigh:
