Ok guys 1 Week Left for the biggest All Florida Meet hosted by XE. We will like to summarize what we will be doing for that day so you guys can plan your day with your friends and family.

- Meet starts at 11:00 am. We are going to meet at the Park (address is on first page of the thread)
- The best way to get there is to find your way to 528 and take exit on Trade Port (Exit 9). Continue on Trade Port heading South until Earhart Drive, Turn Right, Continue straight until Daetwyler Dr. You should see the Grass Area.

- Please park on the designated area and follow the instructions from the XE members that will be directing you where to park.

- There will be NO FOOD offered to anyone. Everyone is responsible for bringing their own snacks like chips, beverages, sandwiches, juices, coolers, etc. After the Park we will go to F&K to eat and play some bowling (everyone is responsible for the expenses at F&K)
- XE will supply water
- You can bring any kind of entertainment like Frisbees, Sport Balls, Board Games, Electronic Games, etc
- We welcome Vendors and Sponsors to bring their own tent and offer their services to the members that will be present
- We will run some raffles during the day. Prices for Raffle are $1.00 per ticket and $5.00 per 8 tickets. (Prizes so far: 3 x XE T-Shirts, 1 x $25 Autozone Card, 2 x $10 Autozone Card)
- At 2:00pm we start taking the pictures for the XE Calendar. Please follow the instructions from the XE Members for the pictures.
- Then start heading to F&K (route to take is 528 to 417 to 408, toll money is required)

Rules for the Park:
- No Loud Music
- No Reving Engines
- No Alcohol (you can drink at F&K if you want)
- No Speeding
- No BBQ Grills allowed

XE Calendar
- We will be taking pictures of each Car as well as Groups of same car brand
- We will run a Poll for the best pictures and we will select 12 best photos between single and group pictures
- We will be selling XE Calendar and each person that purchases the calendar will receive a picture of his/her car

Firkin and Kegler
- We made a reservation for 40 People so far
- Everyone Pays for their own meal
- Bowling prices

Hello Everyone,

I want to thank every single person that made the AFM a success. We counted around 48 cars. Thanks also to those who show up last minute we definitively enjoyed your presence. Thanks to those who traveled hours from your home to be with us and participate on this event. Thanks to all the new members, the new cars, friends and everyone that show up in general. We will continue doing different type of events, from small meets like Movies or get together to big events.

Like you all know we are not car specific and I will promise you that everyone on our forum will behave in a respective way. Hope to see you guys again.
