They don't grip alot better (on the street), but the clutch ones are (generally) more user tunable - adjustable lockup, etc. Whether or not you can take advantage of that is up to the buyer

Technically there is no KW coilover for the 370Z yet. What people have are G37 coilovers, that are a direct bolt on, and have shown to work well. There is a 370Z specific version being released...

A 350Z has upper wishbones, and lower wishbones..the lower being split into 2 separate arms, the compression arm and the transverse link. Hence multi link AND double wishbone are both accurate...
