The outside edges are likely what will wear first unless you have a crazy amount of static camber dialed in. Run them and make sure you check them after each session. Sounds like you'll be alright.

Exactly. The goal is to keep the car in CT or Westchester and have it be accessible for weekends while not breaking the bank. Ideally something within a few miles of any MTA line would be key.
