So what is the bottom line here? All I care about is my car NOT being slower. How do I prevent that? I'm guessing based on the posts the only way to do that is to go FI or get higher compression...

You will lose hp at the top end but gain hp and torque throughout the midrange. You can see this on my dyno graph...power levels off then drops slightly after 7000 rpm

Pretty sure you need a tune...

You think so? I have only seen a few dyno graphs for headers but none of them looked like there was any notable power difference at all. I am talking about shorty headers and not long tubes of course

Yeah this is with the tune. Notice how my peak hp starts to drop off on the upper line. I'm thinking this is due to the M370 because I have seen similar graphs posted here from people with the M370....

Yeah I thought about a flywheel but probably wont get one any time soon. Are pulleys the last power mod left? (Excluding headers since they don't do anything for our cars)

It is 1.75" initially and becomes 2.25" towards the end of the exhaust. However unlike the base exhaust the Nismo is a true dual exhaust all the way through
