This is not accurate. I installed 15mm H&R with the built-in studs and no issues with them clearing the OEM 19s. But I believe you cannot go narrower than a 15mm spacer if not replacing the studs...

Update: I had the silver-painted shifter bezel replaced and the buzzing/rattling noise is gone. This only happened during hard acceleration, usually above 4000 rpms.
