There is no way you will drive your car and not know your key is not on you, the car makes a loud beeping noise and there is a big key in the info center.

Also according to the paperwork I got from Nissan that I forwarded to my attorney he said Nissan clearly stats there is a problem and that they are aware of it but they do not know how to fix it.

Tech told me wiring. I do not know and I do not care really. All I know is whenever I drive the car I get a headache and if I remember right I don't recall seeing 'headaches' on the option list.

Most people drive with the radio on but I don't, thats why it sticks out to me so much more than other people. I usually listen to XM news channels or talk radio and the noise is very noticeable.

Yea a lot of people are hearing some noises but they seem to be different. I also hear the ticking what is above the engine but its not audibly noticeable while in the car.

Never test drove this car, the dealer had to get it from up North. The car I did test drive and the cars I drove on the lot just last week did not have this noise.

My noise goes away if you are 100% stopped. As soon as you give it any gas you can hear it and it stays the same through all RPMs. But if you are at a complete stop it goes away.
