If what Rusty and wanker mentioned is not the problem, try bedding the brakes. It's not uncommon for new pads or rotors to squeal due to oils, etc, that get on them during manufacturing.

Worth a try. The ECM will lose some tuning data and you'll have to drive around for a while until it relearns. You may have to do a window reset and the presets on the radio again.
