I agree with the restocking fee as its totally normal to see a company do that as they are taking back a product. He is no longer asking for warranty, he wants to return it and being a business owner...

NO mechanic charges 1.30 hours buddy, sorry. If it is going to take them 1.30 hours to do it, they will charge you 2 hours, its that simple. They are not off by saying 2-3 hours, so dont question it....
