I agree. That much gain for a few hours of install and that little investment is very good for a NA car. Hows it feel with the "butt dyno"? More grunt from a dig, less fade up top or just more...

You cannot really ignore the torque...

You cannot really ignore the torque numbers....The dyno only measures torque and the HP numbers are calculated off of torque. If the torque is wrong, then the HP is also wrong.
