Good point. When you re-mount the wheels after the proper hub rings are installed, torgue the lug nuts to the proper spec (80-85 ft/lbs) ... and tighten them down in a cross-pattern sequence to...

I agree. Check the wheel "stuff" first ... proper...

I agree. Check the wheel "stuff" first ... proper hub rings, lug nuts (correct type and torque), and balance.

So it appears that everything remains the same...

So it appears that everything remains the same except for the new wheels. Perhaps one or more of the wheels isn't properly balanced. I'd also check to ensure that the lug nuts are correctly torqued....
