You still need the passenger sensor. That is just a 4.7ohm resistor. It'll still blink until you plug in the passenger sensor and also use those resistors.

Unfortunately, you need the passenger sensor to get rid of the light. It's bitch to remove 30 metal rings just to get to the sensor. I don't know of any solution to fooling the passenger sensor...
