I was responding to your first comment. My ambient air temp sensor works just fine. And on the second, if you will plug in a Scangauge or equivalent that will read actual water temps you'll see...

The GMP unit uses a Thermo plate. If you want to retrofit, buy the Mocal and the AN8 to 1/2 adapers to fit the Stillen fittings.

My DIY source has the AN8 to 1/2" adapters...
