I changed out the suite of rear bushing to SPL and upgraded my rear end and yes there is quite a difference in power to the ground according to my butt dyno and I have a very sensitive butt!...

Exactly, my recommendation was simply based on dd and cost. If the OP is looking for track tires then an R compound is better for sure!
