Only other question I have is where do I connect the metra axxess steering wheel controller at? It says to put it in then 16th pin but I have no clue which one...

So I bought an aftermarket stereo and a wiring harness, connected all the wires and all I got was static. I'm too cheap to pay someone so I need some help lol.

Also, there's a second harness...
