Like lastblueprint stated it could be done like his DIY. But the Z1 short cable you bought should have came with instructions (per Z1 website) on how to wire it up correctly its a different DIY then...

Here is your answer. You hook it up to the back...

Here is your answer. You hook it up to the back of the connector of the fog light. The back of the fog light connector would be the so called harness.
