Its always a good idea to run gauges no matter how great you think your tuner is. You never know when something can go wrong. I'd always pay a little bit more to have a piece of mind knowing my car...

For my 350z it was going to be $8k I believe. It really isn't expensive to build a motor. Hell even a twin turbo kit can cost more than an engine build.
