Depends on what you mean by "high pressure". You absolutely should NOT use a powered pressure washer on your car. Not only will it strip off the plastidip, it may also strip off the paint on plastic...

Depends on your goals and finances. PlastiDip is easy and cheap to do yourself, and can be undone if you change your mind. Powder coating, none of the above.

What About the Lugs?

I also plasti-dipped my wheels, but went all out, coating the lugs and center. I MUCH prefer the backed-out wheels to the original on my gunmetal car.
