You MUST use OEM fluid For cooler, not sure,...

You MUST use OEM fluid

For cooler, not sure, all of them should work just fine, but you should still pass the fluid through the radiator to bring the fluid up to temp

You are more than welcome to change the fluid, maybe you've heated/degraded the fluid more than most because you drive the car in manual mode...?
Trans cooler is always recommended
