Fuel needs to be at 51psi. Your stock fuel pressure regulator isn't keeping up. Definitely need to switch to a return style. I highly recommend you buy a complete fuel return kit and not piece it...

This unit is an excellent reason to revisit supercharging instead of having to settle for Stillen, or old GTM kits. There is the RJ-M kit coming out, but it's not for everyone due to the hood...
