Rework Differential Part 2

Bearing Press - Easier than expected, used 20 ton press (BTW, The Pipe T was modded before use, ID increased & Ends leveled). Super important to only press on the inner race!
Marked the outer race...

Removal Part 2

The dreaded rear differential mount - Lets just say it lived up to it's reputation. The only thing torn on it was the thin piece of rubber holding the fluid in. It would of lasted a long time still...

Mark Half-shaft orientation
Mark Drive-shaft orientation (mine was marked well enough from the factory)
Half shaft sensor - remove and hang away over sub-frame where it won't get crushed...

Disclaimer, these are my opinions and the way I did mine. Use this information at your own risk.

First off, just because your rear diff bushing leaked the fluid out of it does not mean it needs...
