Yeah I have my winter wheels/tires on now.

If you rely on your 370Z every day I think you should invest in a winter wheel/tire setup. You can build one on Tirerack.com that isn't too expensive.

That really shouldn't have anything to do with it and you shouldn't need to be above 1500 rpm to keep the car from stuttering at low speed. The engine has more than enough torque to keep it moving...
