Nobody else with these issues, I don't even know if they are issues...maybe it's just normal behavior?

Maybe one of you can drive around with the SRM turned off and see if you notice any less...

Yeah, it was in the morning right before going to work. Started the car, waited maybe 10 seconds, engaged reverse, revved to maybe 1000rpm and let out the clutch about halfway and it revved to 2500....
