If the dealer can't fix it this go around, I'd try another dealer. Your warranty is with Nissan, not the dealer.

Could be - especially if you have oiled filters....

Could be - especially if you have oiled filters. Even with dry filters, the MAFs can get dirty in 25k miles. May not be your problem but cleaning the MAFs is cheap (can of cleaner and a screwdriver)...

If nobody comes up with a better idea, I'd check the air filters and then try cleaning the MAFs.
