I have the weighted shift knob, yes it does help,...

I have the weighted shift knob, yes it does help, there are allot of them on the market here in USA and they r cheap just make sure it isn't titanium.

If u want one that looks like stock am afraid...

If ur grinding gears that baad in 1st, u might have bad synchronos.

I highly suggest redline synthetic fluid, and weightened shift knob, dont buy the short shifter yet, its bad in 1st.

Its normal, but if the car doesn't have redline...

Its normal, but if the car doesn't have redline transmission oil in it, i do recommend it using nissan recommended weight.
