Same thing that mine does, once the car warms up...

Same thing that mine does, once the car warms up the whining almost completely dissappears with the exception of whining when it's in gear and accelerating

Most likely they messed up the pilot bearing...

Most likely they messed up the pilot bearing while they had it, i know most of the time when the transmission starts making a whining noise it's because the pilot bearing is on it's way out. Mine...
