I agree. They CANNOT charge you more than 10% of the estimate unless YOU give them the OK. If they bill shot up by $6k, it sounds like you must have OKed it. Also, how is it that they are charging...

I know in some states you can take a business to court and recover money if the invoice is +10% of the original written estimate.
