Your alignment isn't that bad. The toe will kill your tires more than camber will. You could use a rear camber kit, but it's not necessary. With my rear camber kit and toe bolts, I think I'm at -2.5...

The front looks good. You can always take a ruler and measure the distance from the fender to the tire. 1" = 25mm. Just by visual, I looks like you could use a 15mm to match the front fitment.
