Yes it is same for a coupe but honestly it's not a big deal. All you have to do is hold down each window switch to reset that option, it's not hard at all. Only other thing to reset is the clock on...

For the battery all you need to do is disconnect it. It will be fine if your only storing it for the winter.

The same can be said for flat spots with today's tires you don't have to worry about...
