HFC or test pipes are the usual components that cause rasp (especially TPs), so swapping out other parts will likely not make the rasp (if present and caused by HFC or TP) disappear.

Yes, that's also another option if you're going to get a dyno tune. They basically program it so that the ECU ignores the O2 sensor input at the HFC so you won't get a CEL because of that anymore.

Some HFC users encounter recurring CEL b/c of the O2 sensors. In that case, you may need to get the O2 bung extenders, and then stuff steel wool in those.

Did you install HFC's too (O2 bungs)? If you only have CBE, it is highly unlikely you'll get a CEL.

Just to update...problem solved. Both caps to the secondary O2 bungs (I think they're called) were loose. Tightened them up and the rattling went away. The exhaust note sounds so sweet! Thanks...
