Personally, I think it is a defect that should be covered under warranty. I didn't get anywhere at the dealer though. So, oh well. Still not happy about it.

I disagree. The clutch fluid needs to be changed. It is not real bad, but needs to be changed. It is normal for the clutch fluid to look crappier than the brake fluid. It needs changing more often....
