gates would stay open, diaphragm was creased, both lips on the waste gate were a little warn down, the o-rings that seal the top part of the gate to the bottom was dried, ETC..

I was able to cut off the bad part of the hose...

I was able to cut off the bad part of the hose and reattach the fitting working great now. The next step is after i burn the tank of gas to hit boost and do another check!
