Engine Knocking

When my oil temp gets over 90C and if have given it a bit for a little while, I notice the engine has a loud roll over/ knocking noise but only at idle.

I have taken it to Nissan and they reckon...

I have noticed that my 370z gets a tapping sound in the engine once it has been hammered for a while. I don't hear it until it gets quite hot.

Going to have it checked out by nissan asap.
