basically it shortens the gearing and allows your engine to be in the power band...longer gear ratios will take longer for your engine RPMs to rise...and when you shift gears, it falls back down...

it does come with a stock POS oil cooler....if you look it up on nissan FAST....that part where the oil filter mounts onto is called an "oil cooler"....even though its a POS
