So the lady likely DIDN'T have insurance and the insurance was the registered owner's insurance for the car. I doubt this will effect me, but now I understand why she's fighting this...

I wish! There's been LOTS of accidents at that intersection. And by lots, I mean at least 3-4 a month. No cameras at all. I'm going to see if there's anyone that had any surveillance cameras around...
