370z trunk will not latch

Yesterday, I had closed my trunk only to find out it was not latching/locking in place. It was fine during the day and all of a sudden it acts up on me later that day. Anyone experience this issue...

Those were my ideal specs as well except for the offset measurments and no spacer. I was planning to go +20, +25 respectively. Post some pics of your set up once you fiinish man! I am curious to see.

Its an M/T. Shifting it gently is smooth at times.But I'm sure the veteran z drivers tend to shift a bit more aggresively and yet don't experience this 2nd gear notch?
