Bolt in middle of rim bolts

Anyone know what this bolt between the tire lug nut bolts?

The oem rims have a large space to accommodate this bolt. The new rims I purchased from tire rack do not.

Just trying to figure out...

I would give GTM a call and schedule an appointment to discuss and get a quote. If you're not that serious yet, I would use the 10k as probably a good ballpark number based on everything I've read....
