Time to update;
The dealer did what he could but could not guarantee me a factory order before August. Luckily, he got a lightly used 2011 with the options I wanted. Still smells like leather inside...

Perhaps the dealership is less than enthusiastic about ordering a car that is not fully loaded? My suspicions are that they hope a "scare story" of poor availability will convince me to purchase one...
