Venue options are open for recommendation.
Will probably be early May, since most of our vehicles will be out of storage. Maybe mid-late April.

It's a pain in the *** to open them up and get to the LEDs. Opening aside, it's a simple job of removing the orange LEDs and soldering in some PLCC replacements.
