my g35 2007 sedan sport ..did the same thing..roll down the window and listen for the sound of the clutch when the clutch is not pressed down..sounds like tin cans..lol..its normal.

Glad people are realizing this problem and don't think i'm a fake. I'm a real inifiniti/ nissan enthusiast. I just put in generation 3 stillens by myself and the 370z sounds great. Lots more power....

My dealer called me to tell me the new ECU will arrive on Nov 13th. It is the capacitor in the ECU that had to be reworked. The noise is such a pain in the a$$. It can't be healthy to hear this...

no fighting...just go in ...tell them your buddy got it done..its a fresh bulletin and say you want it replaced. Call ahead and ask..i'm sure you'll be ok. The dealer makes money off of this stuff...

If you rev super high ..you gotta follow through with it ..burn out or pop it fast..if you let it hang without engaging..it burns and stinks...try lower rpms for a while....happened to me a few times...

WOW...I'm going to actually get a hearing test done..if there is damage (using my previous test as a baseline) I know I have a case.
